Psychological First Aid skills can increase personal resilience, improve coping, and help you effectively assist survivors impacted by disaster.

This training is open to Cameron House staff members and is funded through the San Francisco Department of Public Health to support Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response.

Learn skills to protect your mental health and that of the clients you serve. This free training is designed to increase your personal resilience, reduce the chance of post-trauma symptoms, and improve your effectiveness with disaster survivors.

The trainer, Dr. Elizabeth McMahon, PhD, has 30+ years of experience as a practicing clinical psychologist and is co-creator of San Francisco's groundbreaking NERT (Neighborhood Emergency Response Team) Curriculum in Psychological First Aid skills.
