Introduction to Psychological First Aid

Psychological First Aid (PFA) training teaches skills to increase personal resilience and effectiveness when helping others. PFA aims to create and sustain an environment of safety, calm and comfort, connectedness, self-empowerment, and hope during emergency situations.
